What is an Executive Coach?

An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with individuals to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their objectives, and act as a sounding board.

They are not consultants or therapists and usually refrain from giving advice or solving their client’s problems. Instead, they ask questions to help an executive clarify and solve their own problems.

Pricing Structure

The initial meeting can take up 2 hours to complete the intake process and review the worksheets sent to the client. Hourly fees are broken down based on number of hour packages the client commits to initially.

The fee schedule is as follows:
1 hour purchased at a rate of $300 per hour.
3 hours purchased at a rate of $250 per hour.
6 hours purchased at a rate of $200 per hour.

9 hours purchased at a rate of $150 per hour.
